Purchasing your virtual ticket

Once you have found the stream that you would like to watch, add it to your cart. This item will now be placed into your shopping cart which you can access by the menu or the cart icon. If you are ready to purchase your stream, proceed to checkout. Once you have completed the purchase, you will see an activation code on screen. This will also be emailed to you (please check you junk / spam emails). You can buy a ticket at any time.

Activating your Video On-Demand

You can buy your virtual ticket at any time. 

If you have bought a ticket for a Video On Demand, you will have received your license key via email. On Demand videos may have specified dates and times that they are available for watching. Please make sure you activate your codes within these times as you can only use your activation code once!

When you are ready to activate your code, find the stream you are looking for using the “stream” dropdown in the menu. Click on the button that says “Enter a Licence Key”, copy and paste your licence key and press enter. Your stream will now be viewable!

Activating your Live Stream

If you have bought a ticket for a live stream, do not activate your code until at least 30 minutes before the stream is scheduled to start. This is because you can only use your activation code once. 

When you are ready to activate your code, find the stream you are looking for using the “stream” dropdown in the menu. Click on the button that says “Enter a Licence Key”, copy and paste your licence key and press enter. Your stream will now be viewable!

I'm having issues with my stream

First of all, we are sorry to hear you are experiencing problems with your stream. There are many factors involved when live-streaming. 

If you are experiencing buffering and stuttered playback, this is most likely due to your internet’s download speed. We suggest you head to an online speed checker to further diagnose this problem. 

If you are experiencing a blank screen, this could be that the stream has not yet started or has ended. Double check the scheduled times for the stream. If you are happy you are watching the stream at the correct time, we recommend that you refresh your browser page every so often until your stream re-appears. If we have a technical issue whilst streaming, and we have to change to our backup system, a browser page refresh is needed to refresh our webpage.

If you are still struggling, we would suggest that you try a different browser (i.e Chrome, Firefox, Safari etc) and then a different device if you have one. Failing all of this, please don’t hesitate to contact us and we will be more than happy to assist.
